SYNK is seven days carved out of the everyday - a week where nothing is asked of you except to arrive.
The first four days, I'll hold the space for deep, curated magic: ritual, reading, ceremony, connection.
The last three, we slow right down - beach, breath, rest, and the quiet work of letting it all land.
You don't need to plan a thing. I've done that part. You just need to come.

Every morning, we start the same way — a daily connection practice I hold for the group, setting intention and flow for whatever the day holds. Some mornings that leads into ritual. Some mornings it leads into nothing at all. Either way, it's the thread that runs through the whole week.
